2010-2015: supply chain innovations.
2015-forward: supply chain as a contributor to profitable growth. The supply chain enables filling customer needs.

In order for supply chain leaders to evolve to the next generation supply chain they need to understand, the customer’s perspective of the next generation supply chain, the process for achieving the next generation supply chain, and the driver of the next generation supply chain.

The challenges being faced by supply chain leaders today require innovative leaders with grit and hustle.
