Announces Plans to Build New Central Campus
Raleigh,
NC, May 5, 2000Tompkins Associates, a leading Total
Operations consulting firm, today announced plans to build
a 50,000 square foot Central Campus to meet the growing needs
of the company and its employees.
Scheduled
for occupancy in May 2001, the Central Campus will be the
home of the Corporate Office, the Mid-Atlantic Office, Tompkins
Press and Tompkins University. The 23-acre campus site will
be located in Raleigh, NC at 401 North, adjacent to the Neuse
River and bordering the new site of Wake Technical Community
College. The vision for the Central Campus is to:

culture, values, and spirit of continuous improvement.

the organizational, social, technological, and financial
needs of Tompkins Associates.

Tompkins
Associates has selected Jim Scofield, SIOR and Barbie Burgess
of Anthony & Company, a leading commercial real estate firm,
and John Sibert, AIA from 2SL Design, to aid in the planning
and definition of the Central Campus, and to coordinate its
design and construction.
